| All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt, with the exception of orders received
on Friday, weekends or holidays which will be processed withing two business days. For Saturday Delivery only USPS can be used, order
must be received prior to 2PM CST on Friday and Overnight Express will be used at current USPS costs plus insurance if order exceeds
$25.00. Next day or expedited 2nd day delivery must be via Federal Express for deliveries Mon - Friday. When requesting next day
service during weekdays in the remarks section of order please note if standard over night or first overnight is required. If no
remarks are made it will be shipped standard overnight which is delivery by 3PM. C.O.D., and all expedited U.S. shipments will
be billed at cost plus a handling charge of $2.00.
SHIPPING
Valkyrie Cordes Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
Shipments will be made by FedEx Ground or The United States Postal Service (USPS) at their current published
rates.Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be billed at actual cost.
All Fedex shipments must have a physical address and phone number. Shipments to a post office box must be by USPS.
Rush deliveries require additional shipping and handling charges.
Fedex shipment to rural areas may be subject to additional fees.
Refuse shipment from Fedex if the package looks damaged or dented. However, if the merchandise has already been received,
contact Valkyrie Cordes Inc. immediately and we will report a claim. A replacement will be sent once the claim has been processed.
Please save the cartons and packing material until the claim is resolved.
BACKORDERS
The necessity of backorders is regrettable but unavoidable. A backorder notice will be sent with the order. Please sign and return the
backorder card to have your order sent when it becomes available. It is the customers responsibility to cancel any backorders before
the backorder item gets shipped or shipping costs will apply.
RETURNS
All returns must have prior authorization. Send email to orders@valkyriecordes.com (Please note "Return Authorization" in the subject
line) to request an authorization number and shipping instructions. harp strings are not returnable unless defective. All merchandise
must be returned within 15 days from the date of the invoice. If possible, return merchandise in the original package. The original
receipt must be included with the merchandise. All returns must be returned prepaid. Replacements will be shipped postage free with
standard service. Extra charges may apply for rush shipments. Returns must be insured for the full value of the original order (less
shipping). There will be a 20% restocking fee for returns deducted from refund, any strings used and put back into the packages that
are not defective will be deducted from the refund. There are no refunds for shipping .
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All sales are made under the terms and conditions established by Valkyrie Cordes. No shipments will be made without prior credit
approval. Unless otherwise specified, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Other restrictions apply.
